Consultancy services to for installation of Steelmelt shop #1 comprising 4 x 15-ton Induction Furnace, Ladle Furnace and Billet Caster with provision for Bar & Rod Mill in next phase (2018-20)
Detailed Consultancy & Engineering services for Steelmelt Shop #2 & 3 for production of 1.0 Mt of concast billets. The shop will comprise 14 x 20-ton IF, W-system, 4 x 40-ton LRF with DePhos facility, 3 x 7/14 m rad 4-strand high speed Billet Caster with TOCB along with all associated facilities like Power evacuation system, DRI Conveying & Feeding system from DRI plant storage Bunker to IF, water system etc. Scope also includes Procurement Assistance, Project Management, Monitoring, Supervision & Execution services at site (2021-24)
